3. This Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy applicable to the use of the Website. Please read both documents carefully, as they contain important information about the processing of personal data and the legal rights of Users under the General Data Protection Regulation.
II. What cookies are
4. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, smartphone, other mobile device) when you visit various websites. Cookies allow websites to recognise your device and preferences and help improve users' overall online experience.
5. Cookies allow users' actions and preferences to be remembered for a certain period of time. On your next visit to the Website, the browser sends the information in the cookies created in this way back to the server, so that you do not have to enter it every time you visit the Website or move from one page to another.
6. When users visit our Website, the browser used sends us information about the user, so-called “system data”, depending on the settings the user has made. System data may include the computer's Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, the sections of our Website that are visited, the time and date of the visit, the time spent on our Website and its individual sections, and other statistical data.
7. In themselves, cookies do not require information of a personal nature in order to be used, and usually do not identify users personally. Personal data collected through the use of cookies may be collected only to facilitate certain user functions or to provide an experience tailored to the user's preferences. This data is encrypted in a way that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to it.
III. Consent to the use of cookies
8. On the first visit from a given IP address, the user will be asked to give their consent to the use of cookies and will be directed to read the rules under which their personal data is processed.
9. The mandatory processing in respect of the necessary cookies begins immediately upon the user's visit to the Website. By pressing the consent button in the cookie banner, the user enables the use of the optional cookies (for functionality, analytics and advertising). The user may also give consent at a later time, or prohibit the use of these optional cookies from the cookie settings menu or by using the browser's cookie settings, as indicated below.
IV. Types of cookies we use
10. The cookies used by the Administrator are predominantly first-party cookies, not cookies from external organisations. First-party cookies ensure the functioning of the Website, store visitors' preferences and collect analytical data. We use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: these are mandatory and make the operation of our Website possible; they support basic functions such as navigation between pages and maintaining the security of our services. Our Website cannot function properly without them; they are activated automatically and cannot be switched off by us.
- Analytical cookies: these cookies give us statistical information about visits to our Website and its traffic, help us measure the effectiveness of our services and improve the Website. These cookies collect data in a way that does not allow users to be identified directly.
- Advertising/marketing cookies: these cookies collect information over time about users' online activity on our Website and other online services, in order to make online advertising more relevant and effective for users.
11. We use the Google Analytics service, which uses cookies to analyse internet traffic. We process the information collected by these cookies relating to visits to our Website, which may include location information, users' IP addresses, “clicks” to, through and from our Website (including date and time) and other data. This information is stored by Google, and Google may pass it on to third parties where required by law.
11.1. We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymous data about visitors' interactions with the Website, such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movements and session replays. This data helps us understand how the Website is used and improve it. Clarity uses cookies and/or the browser's local storage. More information is available in the Microsoft privacy statement.
12. Our Website uses external services for which third-party cookies are used and content from external providers is displayed, such as YouTube, Facebook and others. To view this content, you will need to accept the terms and conditions of those providers, including their cookie rules, over which we have no control.
V. Cookie settings, deletion and blocking
13. Visitors to our Website can manage their preferences regarding the use of cookies through the buttons in the cookie banner, which is displayed on the first visit to the Website.
14. If users accept all cookies, they consent to the use of all cookies in accordance with this Cookie Policy. If users choose the cookie settings button, they will be able to make their own choice about which cookies to activate.
15. When choosing the option to reject all cookies, users can refuse the activation of all cookies on our Website, with the exception of the strictly necessary cookies, which cannot be switched off.
VI. Disabling cookies
